At NIYA, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase. If a product isn't quite to your liking, you can return or exchange it within the specified timeframe.
Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have 7 days to return the product.

The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, including labels and packaging.

Return shipping costs are always the buyer's responsibility. This also applies if you want to exchange (part of) your order.
Swap

Exchanges can be made within the same time periods as returns.

Because we have limited stock and purchase carefully, we recommend that you contact us first in case of an exchange via ⟨ contact@niyathelabel.com ⟩ to check whether the desired size/colour is available.

If the desired item is not available, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as we have received the return shipment in good order.
Postage costs

Shipping costs for the original order and any return costs are entirely the buyer's responsibility.

NIYA will only reimburse the costs if the product has been delivered incorrectly.
Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place the order.
Returns and Exchanges Process
We want to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible. Because NIYA doesn't (yet) offer an automatic return service, you'll need to arrange your return yourself. Follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Registration
Please send an email to ⟨ contact@niyathelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. ⟩ containing:

your order number;

the item(s) you wish to return or exchange;

if necessary, the desired size/colour if you want to exchange it.
Step 2 – Packing
Please package the items neatly in their original packaging (if possible) and ensure that labels and hangtags are intact. The product must be unworn and undamaged. Therefore, please keep this in mind when trying on any makeup. Items with makeup stains or similar will not be accepted.
Step 3 – Send

You arrange the shipping yourself via a carrier of your choice (for example PostNL, DHL or another delivery service).

You will receive the return address from us by email after you have notified us of your return.

Shipping costs for returns and any exchanges are always borne by the buyer.

Please keep your shipping receipt with track & trace until we have processed your return.
Important: The consumer is responsible for the return shipping. This means that the risk of loss, damage, or misplacement of the package during transport lies with the consumer. We therefore recommend always using a shipping option with track & trace and keeping the proof of shipment.
Step 4 – Confirmation & Refund

Once we have received and checked your return in good order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

In case of a return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding the original shipping costs) to the account you used for payment within 14 days .

In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge (one-time).
